If you're a burger lover in Singapore, chances are you've heard of Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer at Marina Bay Sands. Known for their over-the-top burgers and Instagram-worthy CrazyShake milkshakes, this New York-born eatery promises bold flavors and hearty portions.

During our recent visit, we tried three different mains and a side dish—all of which came with fries (we upgraded ours to sweet potato fries, because why not?). Here’s the delicious breakdown:

The Greg Norman

This burger was the star of the meal! The wagyu beef patty, cooked to a perfect medium-rare, was juicy and packed with flavor. Topped with gherkin, tomato, and a rich blue cheese sauce, every bite was a balanced mix of tangy, creamy, and savory goodness. The blue cheese sauce was a standout—bold but not overpowering, elevating the wagyu beautifully.

Crispy Chicken Sandwich

If you prefer poultry over beef, this sandwich is a must-try. The chicken was perfectly fried—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside. The spicy mayo and fresh lime added a zesty kick, while the Korean BBQ sauce brought a sweet and smoky depth. A great choice for those who love a bit of heat!

The Texan Burger

This burger looked impressively massive, loaded with a thick beef patty, crispy bacon, and a towering fried onion ring. However, the beef patty was slightly overcooked and dry, making it less enjoyable than expected. While it delivers on quantity, the quality didn’t quite justify the price.

Sides That Stole the Show

No burger feast is complete without sides, and Black Tap’s Brussels sprouts were a crispy, flavorful surprise—perfect for balancing out the meaty mains. The sweet potato fries were another winner—smoking hot, crispy, and slightly sweet, making them an excellent upgrade from regular fries.
